Hammers still can't mine in the end because you can break the portal bedrock. Hammers can mine 3x3 betwen Y level 112 to 12 in Nether. Hammers can mine 3x3 betwen Y level 312 to -52 in Overworld. Overworld distribution! example 24, -32 means from Y level 24 to -32 Warning! don't play this add-on on minecraft 1.17 or below it may break the world.
